Next week at Academic Half Day we will be discussion pneumonia – specifically we will focus on CAP, HAP, and VAP. Please read the linked articles for a good foundation prior to AHD. The first article is a great review from the AAFP on CAP. The second article is the 2016 IDSA guidelines for HAP and VAP. It is quite lengthy, but the assignment is to read only the Executive Summary portion (first 7.5 pages).
