She was so prepared for rounds even though she was jeopardized, took care of the patients and had great plans, supervised medium call admissions and then even prepped a patient for transfer to another hospital (I imagine she stayed quite late to get all of that done.) From a grateful attending. To Verda who responded to a RRT. I want to thank Verda for the collaboration, calmness, and confidence that was displayed during the event. I feel everyone felt included by the way Verda spoke and directed instructions to the team. Competent care was provided to our veteran and a successful outcome was achieved. Thank you for your strong work! To Arayo who was at the bedside of a veteran when concerns arose and a RRT was called. Upon the NOD arrival, attention was directed to provide report and he made me feel I was a valuable part of the team. After that, he continued providing care until the attending arrived a moment later and gave another great report. He excused himself from the room and updated me on who was taking over. I want to thank him for being so thoughtful and thorough. I believe that due to the calmness initiated by him and the initial team set the tone for the whole event. I am very impressed with Team 2 and your contributions to helping this veteran have a quick, safe, and positive outcome.
