To Sam Chen and Jacob Circillo who are doing a fabulous job on VA nights - from impressed attendings. To Drew Cox for going above and beyond for a patient in a very difficult and critical situation. You’re a rock star and have really changed her life! To Jake Ciricillo for diagnosing a tension pneumo in an unstable patient and then needle decompressing them alone overnight at the VA, literally saving their life. We are not worthy!!! Pulm crit king??!!! To Dr. Brigid Maher who crushed her first week as an attending on a very difficult service. Your patients and residents are SO lucky to have you!!! To Jake Ciricillo (triple shout out!!) for truly stepping up at the VA and running two codes, catching a tension pneumo and performing the needle decompression, all while being an amazing senior.
